Kris Ashley is a dynamic coach, author, speaker, and podcast host with a passion for personal development. She has spent over two decades immersed in the research and teachings she shares.

With both bachelor's and master's degrees in creative writing, and a flair for transformative storytelling, she first made her mark in the tech industry as a copywriter before moving into digital marketing. She quickly worked her way up to head of marketing, where she led teams to break new ground with bold campaigns. Her leadership journey then took a turn towards wellness, overseeing west coast operations and a team of 80 as a Director for a major yoga company. She also ran workshops and led yoga teacher training, discovering her love of serving others in the process.

She went on to found her own yoga company, Unite By Yoga. There, she not only taught but also hosted immersive retreats, creating a community centered around growth and self-discovery, before making a strategic exit after selling her business.

Following her passion for personal development, Kris trained with renowned life coach Mary Morrissey and began her coaching business.

In 2022, she published her first book, Change Your Mind To Change Your Reality, which received endorsements from spiritual and self-help heavyweights Michael Beckwith, Marci Shimoff, Bob Doyle, John Gray, and Anita Moorjani.

A lover of the stage, Kris is an active participant in her local Toastmasters, where she continually refines her speaking skills. She is a part of the Los Angeles Tribune Podcast Network and has shared the stage with icons such as Les Brown, Dr. Joe Vitale, and Sharon Lechter. Whether it’s energizing a crowd at a conference or distilling wisdom into a podcast microphone, she’s a force that captivates and inspires, always ready to motivate and lead others to their best selves.
